GREAT SUNRISE ENTERPRISES S.A. is a Costa Rica sales and service company (Costa Rica cedula # 3-101-286219) which has contracted to sell the land and stands of teak trees that have been planted and maintained for the past 10-12 years by Hacienda Oro Verde S.A.

The officers of Great Sunrise Enterprises S.A. have an extensive history of developing and the selling of teak and teak plantations here in Costa Rica for the past 16 years.

HACIENDA ORO VERDE S.A. is a registered teak plantation (Costa Rica cedula # 3-101-156675) originally consisting of 300 hectares* of which 250 hectares have been dedicated to teak. The balance of the land has been reserved for wildlife corridors, river set backs and the infrastructure of roads, housing and machinery storage.

Hacienda Oro Verde S.A. is dedicated to the growing teak trees. Over the past 12 years the plantation has prepared the land, grown the seedlings, planted and maintained the plantation over and above the standards established by the plantation manager and the licensed Costa Rica Forestry engineers employed by the plantation..

All government licenses, permits and benefits have been applied for, received and made available to potential investors interested in moving to, living in and possibly wanting to work in Costa Rica.

The owners of Hacienda Oro Verde S.A. have surveyed a number of lots of one hectare (2.47 acres) each throughout the plantation. These lots, totally surveyed and registered with the government are available to those individuals who see the value of owning one of the fastest growing types of investment and/or wish to apply for permanent Resident Investor Status here in Costa Rica. A minimum of US $100,000 is required in order for the individual to obtain his or her status. In addition to the land and trees, the buyer is provided with a full maintenance contract for the growing cycle. The anticipated cycle is *20 – 25 years until full harvest. At the time of harvest, the registered owner has the option of participating in many additional cycles of growing or may wish to simply take his or her profits and sell the land.
